Selection Criteria

No draw system for entry class. We follow "First Come, First Serve" procedure

Admission Form

1. Available at the school office from 9th December, 2025. (Timing: 9 am to 10 pm)

2. Can be downloaded from the school website lohiainternationalschool.com.

Documents Required

1. Two passport size photographs of a child

2. Passport size photograph of child’s parents along with their ward.

3. Two photocopies of child’s Birth Certificate

4. Two photocopies of child’s aadhaar Card

5. Photocopy of parent’s aadhaar Card

6. Photocopy of residential proof

7. Two photocopies of Category certificate of child if applicable..

8. One Photocopy of Report/Result card of the class last attended (For Nursery to VII classes only).

9. Original School Leaving Certificate/TC from the last attended school with School UDISE NO., PEN NO. and Apaar ID NO.

10. Blood group of the student.

Submission of Admission Form

The completely filled admission form along with the required documents must be submitted by 16/01/2026.

Collection of fee

Selected students must deposit their admission fee by 13/02/2026.

The age criteria of the student for the entry class as on 1.04.2026 should be between 1.04.2023 to 31.03.2024 (3 to 4 years)

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR EWS / DISADVANTAGE GROUP

The admission for EWS / DG Category students shall be processed through the Department’s Centralized EWS / DG Category Admission Portal::http://online.chdeducation.gov.in

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Two photocopies of the online admission form.

2. Two passport-size photographs of the child.

3. Three photocopies of child’s birth certificate

4. Three photocopies of child’s aadhaar card

5. Three photocopies of each parent’s aadhaar card

6. Two photocopies of residential proof

7. Two passport-sized photographs of the parents.

8. Two photocopies of the father’s PAN card.

9. Two photocopies of the mother’s PAN card.

10. Three photocopies of caste certificate of the child (if applicable).

11. Original and three photocopies of the income certificate the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
